Manisma follows the daily service workday from start to finish: plan, on the road, execute and complete, with a planning board, a mobile app and an AI proposal that thinks along without ever deciding on its own.
1.0 · Plan
The engine plans. The AI advises. The planner decides.
The deterministic engine first drafts a travel-aware, multi-day plan itself. Skills, availability, travel time and working hours are hard rules that always win, and bigger jobs are assigned to a team with one clear lead. Then one bounded AI call reviews the result and suggests at most a few moves, each with a clear reason. The planner approves or ignores each move individually. The AI never decides on its own and never writes data itself.
2.0 · On the road
The technician has the day in their pocket.
In the mobile app the technician sees the day plan with a realistic arrival time per stop, based on real travel time between addresses. Per job they can navigate, call the customer or copy the address. The on-the-way message to the customer uses that same live ETA, and a day-before reminder goes out automatically. The app installs on the homescreen and keeps working without signal: the day plan, addresses and phone numbers stay viewable, and status changes, photos and signatures are saved on the device and sync automatically once coverage returns.
3.0 · Execute
On site: materials, photos and signature.
On site the technician follows the full status flow: depart, arrive, start, complete. On completion they add the materials used, photos and a digital signature from the customer. If the job type requires photos, the job cannot be completed without them.
4.0 · Complete & approval
A clean work order, and customers who confirm themselves.
After the work Manisma automatically builds a work order with your company logo, the materials used, photos and signature. Ready to print. Before scheduling, the customer can confirm one of the proposed time slots through a secure email link, without an account or password. Incomplete jobs, declines and expired requests automatically enter the replanning queue, and you connect Manisma to your accounting or CRM through CSV import, a public API and webhooks.

Ask your own AI assistant about the schedule.
Connect Manisma to the AI assistant you already use. You stay in its familiar chat window and use the AI subscription you already pay for. Manisma does not charge for AI usage here and does not run its own AI for this feature.
A proposal grounded in reality
Manisma supplies the real scheduling constraints: who is qualified and available, actual drive times and whether the work physically fits in the day. Your assistant asks before every change, and a scheduling proposal is only applied after a human confirms it.
Connect with clear permissions
Works with Claude Desktop, Claude Code, the ChatGPT desktop app and the Codex CLI. Claude Desktop uses a one-click install file; ChatGPT desktop and Codex install the connection as a plugin. The connection uses the open Model Context Protocol, so other assistants that support the standard can connect too. Your own access key controls access, with separate read, write and planning permissions.

Service history per device
Link jobs to the customer’s installed device. On the job, the technician sees the device, recent visits, serial number and warranty.
One catalogue, every manual at hand
Manage brand, model, type, default warranty and an optional materials SKU centrally. Upload one manual per model that every technician can access, even without an open job.
Replace without losing history
Give a removed or replaced device an end date. It is no longer offered for new work, but remains visible in past jobs and can be linked to its replacement.
