What counts as a technician?
A technician is a user with the technician role who carries out jobs in the field. Planners and office staff count separately as office users and are included in your plan.
What if I have more technicians than my plan includes?
No problem. Your work is never blocked. Extra technicians are billed automatically at your plan's rate, and you're notified as soon as you go beyond your bracket.
How does VAT work?
Belgian customers pay 21% VAT. Customers elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT number pay via reverse charge (0% VAT charged). All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes, monthly plans can be cancelled monthly. Choose annual billing and you pay for 10 months and get 2 free.
