Manisma is not a generic CRM with a scheduling button bolted on. It's built around one question every service-team planner asks again every morning: who goes where, when, and what happens when the day changes? A technician calling in sick, a client not being home, an urgent job that has to be squeezed in. The schedule has to respond immediately without the rest of the day falling apart.

The name Manisma blends "manifest" and "systema". Those Latin and Greek words describe a clear, ordered whole. That's exactly what we want to do with a chaotic workday: turn it into a clear system, without losing the flexibility that field service inherently demands.

We build Dutch-first, for the Belgian and Dutch market: Dutch-language screens without database jargon, work orders and emails that look professional with your own logo, and a schedule that accounts for how service teams actually work here: skills, availability, travel time and client approval, not just an empty calendar slot.
